After working her way through school
as a legal assistant to a local attorney, Rae earned a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California
State University at Fullerton with an emphasis in finance.
Rae next served as Tax Manager for
the Watt Companies of Santa Monica, California, while completing
her legal education at Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
Following two years as Senior Manager
in the Orange County office of KPMG, serving many of the
Southland’s most prominent real estate companies, Rae
"hung up her shingle" and now represents a diverse
group of businesses, both large and small.
Rae is admitted to both the
California and Federal bars and is licensed to practice in the
United States Tax Court. She is past chair of the Orange County
Bar Association Taxation Law Section and has served as Secretary
to the California State Bar Income and Other Taxes Committee.
Rae is an active member of Rotary
International and represents children and their legal guardians
as a volunteer for the Public Law Center of Santa Ana,
California.
